Request a return

To request a return, open My Orders in your customer account or email skpcompanyservice@gmail.com with your order number.

Please submit the return request before sending the product so we can identify the order and give you the correct instructions.

Unless SKPCOMPANY gives you a different return address in writing for a specific case, approved returns should be sent to:

Return shipping

For an ordinary withdrawal or a return caused by an incorrect model, version or other information supplied by the customer, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping cost when applicable under our Refund Policy and consumer law.

If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or the incompatibility is attributable to SKPCOMPANY, contact us before shipping it back so we can review the case and provide the appropriate solution.

Refunds

Submitting a return request does not automatically issue a refund. Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy after the return has been reviewed and, where applicable, the returned item has been received or sufficient proof of return has been provided.
